Orders

When you place an order with us, we will send an e-mail confirming the details within 24 hours. This automated e-mail is to confirm the items you have ordered and is not a guarantee that we can fulfill your order.

Pricing

All prices are in UK Pounds and include VAT where appropriate.
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are correct. If we find that an item has been offered for sale at the wrong price we shall inform you of the correct price and we will fulfill the order at the correct price or cancel the order, whichever you choose.

Delivery Charge

We use the royal mail for standard deliveries and delivery charges will be confirmed as part of the checkout process. Standard deliveries are charged at £4.95, we will pay delivery on orders over £60 excluding delivery charge.

Payment

We use a reputable, secure third party (Streamline, part of the RoyalBank of Scotland group of companies) for credit card payments. kidEstore.co.uk do not take or store your credit card details at any point during the transaction.
We also accept payment by cash or postal order which must be posted to us and funds cleared before goods will be despatched.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us and we will try our best to put things right. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We do not accept returns without prior authorisation. Return postage should be via a recorded service as we may require proof of receipt in the event of delivery problems. We will pay return postage only where an order is incorrect, faulty or damaged.

Privacy

We do not store your credit card details.
We will not give your details to any third party.
We will do our very best to keep your details secure.
We use your details to fulfill your orders. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will also send you occaisional emails about news and special offers. We will try to ensure these emails are sent no more often than once per month, and hopefully less.
