Our systems collect your name, address and buying information at the point you make your order or request a catalogue so that we may process your order in the best possible way. Checking your details. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at customer_service@kidEstore.co.uk Use of your details. We will use your details for the processing of orders and payments. In addition, if you sign up for our newsletter we will use your email address to send occaisional promotional emails. We intend to send no more than one promotional email per month to keep you up to date with special offers and new products.

Credit Card Payments

We rely on an external third party (Protx and Streamline) to process your credit card details on our behalf. Whilst we can check the name and address used to confirm the payment we do not capture or hold ony of your payment details on our system. We only ever get to see the last 4 digits of your credit card.
