Royal Mail - normal service resumed
Shipping : Please note - only one delivery address can be submitted per order.
UK Mainland destinations only are charged at £4.95 for orders under £75 (excluding delivery charges). Orders for goods of £75 or more (excluding delivery charges) are delivered free of charge.
Uk Offshore : Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man,Islands of Scilly and Scottish Highland addresses will be charged the flat rate of £4.95 for most orders. However, some items may be subject to a surcharge, depending on the parcel size. If this is the case we will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs before processing your order.
Worldwide Shipping - Should we receive an order destined for a address outside the UK mainland we will contact you with the specific shipping quotation before processing the order. You will then receive by email the shipping quotation and an updated order total cost. You will be asked to confirm if you would like to proceed or cancel your order. Orders will not be shipped without the customer confirmation.
Standard Delivery:
We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 days but please allow 7 working days for delivery (unless the product description specifies a different delivery time) by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel Post. A courier delivery service may be used for heavy items.
We email you once the order has been despatched confirming the method used ( Royal Mail or courier details) and any tracking information if neccessary.
Please ensure the delivery address submitted is where someone will be in to receive the delivery / can sign for a parcel. If no one is in to receive the delivery by Royal Mail the Royal Mail will hold the parcel for collection at their sorting office. If a courier attempts a delivery they will leave a card with details regarding the re delivery or collection of the parcel.
Please note : KidEstore cannot be held responsible if you do not submit a valid addresss (including postcode), if the address is inaccessible, if the delivery is refused or if you are out when a delivery is attempted and you do not collect the parcel being held. A courier will advise on re delivery & collection limits and the Royal Mail will hold a parcel for 1 week for a signed for item and 3 weeks for standard delivery.
If deliveries are returned due to an invalid address, inaccessible delivery address, refused delivery or non collection of a parcel, additional charges will apply to have the order re delivered or a refund will be issued for the value of the order but this will not include P&P, as these costs have been incurred.
Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only ): Please contact us should you have an urgent shipping requirement and we will give you more accurate delivery information and the option to chose an Express delivery service (next day delivery).There is an additional charge of £5 for the Express Delivery service and orders must be received before 11am.
Comments : Please add any comments onto your order particularly if the item is a gift ( we can exclude price information) or if it for a birthday or special date. We will always do our best to respond to any special requests. We cannot however instruct the Royal Mail to leave parcels unattended if you are out, nor do we advise this. If you would like a delivery left "in the shed" or "greenhouse" etc you will need to instruct your postman but please remember we do not advise this and it will be at your own risk.
Delivery Isuues:
Lost and missing and damaged parcels are thankfully very rare ! but if you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your despatch confirmation email please contact your Royal Mail sorting office in case it is waiting to be collected. If you were out when a delivery was attempted you should receive a card to inform you of this, but it may have been missed.
Please contact KidEstore if you still have not received your parcel and you have had confirmation from the Royal Mail it is not waiting for collection.
Damages : If your parcel/contents have been damaged during delivery, please contact KidEstore within 48hrs of receiving your order. We recommend you check parcels upon receipt. There is a limited amout of time for us to take up any issues regarding damages during delivery with the relevant delivery compnay used ( Royal Mail or Courier).
Out of stock items : If an item is unfortunately out of stock, we will advise you 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns - We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to put things right. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We do not accept returns without prior authorisation. We are happy to refund the original purchase price on receipt of the goods in perfect condition within 7 days. We regret that P&P charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty. Return postage should be via a recorded service as we may require proof of posting. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your expense. |
