Shipping to UK Mainland destinations only is charged at £4.95 for orders under £75 (excluding delivery charges). Orders for goods of £75 or more (excluding delivery charges) are delivered free of charge

Delivery is usually within 7 working days (unless the item description specifies a different delivery time ) and is by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel Post. A courier delivery service may be used for heavy items. Please ensure the delivery address used is where someone can sign for a parcel.

Please note : KidEstore cannot be held responsible if you do not submitt a valid addresss (including postcode). If deliveries are returned due to an invalid address additional charges will apply to have the order re delivered.

Please contact us should you have an urgent shipping requirement and we will give you more accurate delivery information and the option to chose a priority courier service. There is an additional charge for the priority courier service. 

Worldwide Shipping - Should we receive an order destined for a address outside the UK mainland we will contact you with the specific shipping quotation before processing the order. You will then have the updated order total cost and will be asked to confirm if you would like to proceed or cancel your order.

Returns - We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us and we will try our best to put things right. This is in addition to your statutory rights.         
We do not accept returns without prior authorisation. A refund or replacement will be given on receipt of the goods in perfect condition within 7 days. Return postage should be via a recorded service as we may require proof of posting. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your expense.
